200PG,  EKO aronia plantation near Cazma Featured

The Suhaja estate covers a total of 33,028 m2, of which a building land plot has 5,528 m2 with and a small legalized building (cottage) of 40 m2, a tool shed, a well 21 m deep and a pond at the bottom of the property.

The access is from the asphalt road, and all the necessary communal infrastructure is on site.

On the same land plot, the construction of a building with a floor area of ​​100 m2 with a building permit for the ground floor, first floor and attic has begun. Construction began approx. 6 years ago when the foundations and the ground floor were built.

The agricultural land area is 27,500 m2 large, with about 4.00 chokeberry (aronia) seedlings in organic farming, with entry in the Register of Organic Growing since 2013, which cover approx. 20,000 m2.

On the remaining part of the land, more than 80 different fruits are grown (plums, apples, walnuts, chestnuts, cherries, sour cherries, nectarines, raspberries, blackberries), as well as grapes in two vineyards with approx. 300 and 400 vines.

The plantation is located only 4 km from the center of Čazma, a city that is very actively developing eco-tourism. Several eco-projects are taking place in Čazma, the city needs accommodation facilities for tourists, and an accommodation facility, team building, etc. can be built on the Suhaja estate.

On the farm alone, from the maximum yields of 4,000 seedlings, about 7,500 l of juice or 10,000 bottles are produced. It is possible to plant more chokeberry seedlings on the plantation and increase production. Part of the crop is processed into jam that has good sales with secured distribution outside the existing channels.

The company that owns the estate has the Aronia Vitarona brand and their chokeberry products are well accepted in the market. The name Aronia Vitarona is entered in the register of trademarks in the State Intellectual Property Office and the buyer will inherit the ecological certificate, website, the sign of the Croatian Institute for Public Health 'Living Healthy' and the Vegan certificate. The company has active commercial contracts with several large chain stores / retail chains.
